So, where did Southern Whimsy come from? In November of 2013 I (Jessica) was blessed to be working with the most amazing group of women (hint, Leanne was one of them).  During one of our daily chats we discussed how fun it would be to have a craft day! We quickly whipped out our phones, opened Pinterest and started perusing the thousands of crafty opportunities! We decided that it would be fun to paint a wooden door hanger in the shape of an ornament and immediately knew who would be our carpenter (Thanks Danny- this is your SW shoutout)! After a fun day of painting we looked at each other and agreed this would be a fun business.Who doesn't love girl time, being crafty, and something fun to hang on your door?  It took almost a year before we got it off the ground but we did it and we are excited for new journey! 

We are missing a two of our girls (Kristen & Tricia) but here we are: Peggy, Jessica, Shannon (Danny's prettier half) and Leanne, kneeling.
